Georgia Senate: Ossoff's Fundraising Surge

Jon Ossoff, the Democratic senator, reported total receipts of $77.3 million with $42.6 million cash on hand, according to the latest Georgia Senate filing. Disbursements totaled $39.7 million, reflecting significant spending activity alongside the fundraising haul. The figures place Ossoff well ahead of other Senate filers in this reporting period on both gross receipts and cash reserves.

North Carolina Senate: Cooper's Entry Into the Money Race

Democrat Roy Cooper reported $35.0 million in total receipts for the North Carolina Senate race, with $20.7 million cash on hand after $14.3 million in disbursements. The filing shows a campaign already spending at a substantial clip relative to its haul, with roughly 41 percent of receipts already spent.

Ohio Senate: Brown and Husted File

In the Ohio Senate race, Democrat Sherrod Brown reported $26.0 million in receipts and $17.0 million cash on hand against $9.0 million in disbursements. Republican Jon Husted filed with $14.4 million in receipts, $9.4 million cash on hand, and $4.9 million in disbursements. Brown holds a cash advantage of roughly $7.6 million over Husted heading into the next reporting period.

House Fundraising: Ocasio-Cortez, Johnson, and Khanna

Among House filers, Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez led with $32.6 million in total receipts for her New York 14th District campaign, though disbursements of $20.4 million left her with $16.0 million cash on hand. Republican James Johnson reported $20.5 million in receipts and $11.96 million in disbursements for his Louisiana district race, leaving $9.8 million on hand. Democrat Ro Khanna filed $13.8 million in receipts for his California 17th District race, with cash on hand of $16.9 million exceeding total receipts due to carryover funds, against disbursements of $7.5 million.

Other Senate Filings: Booker, Warner, Collins

Democrat Cory Booker reported $18.9 million in receipts for the New Jersey Senate race, with cash on hand of $23.1 million outpacing receipts, and disbursements of $7.0 million. Democrat Mark Warner filed $17.7 million in receipts and $16.2 million cash on hand for the Virginia Senate race. Republican Susan Collins reported $16.2 million in receipts, $11.0 million cash on hand, and $7.7 million in disbursements in the Maine Senate race.
