Biography
Ralph Alvarado is a physician who served in the Kentucky State Senate representing the 28th District from 2015 to 2023, becoming the first Hispanic person elected to the Kentucky General Assembly. He subsequently served as Commissioner of the Tennessee Department of Health from 2023 until his resignation in 2025. He is now seeking the Republican nomination for U.S. House in Kentucky's 6th Congressional District.
